Extremely minimal. I think there is approx. 1 gram of fat in 100 grams of chicken.

Well I guess, we'll have to see what happens because I am definitly expirementing. Today is my 2nd day on P2. I am not following the diet exact. There's def some fat grams in my diet, and I'm doing 700ish calories not 5. When I go to work, it'll be more bc I get hungrier as I'm moving around constantly!

What day are you on? The experts normally recommend you skip a day and if your hunger is worse then increase but if your hunger is less then decrease. You need to skip a day to know which way to go.

Better today? It's normal to have some hunger the first couple of days of VLCD and definitely the first week if you didn't properly load.

Today was much better but I ate enough: Bagel, trail mix (that I made), Progresso Soup, Sushi, and then oatmeal.
I know it sounds like a lot but my usual off diet is; bacon & cheese, pizza, cookies, cheez-its, chinese food, Sprite all day long, all in one day.
Have you read Pounds & Inches? It's really important to stick to the protocol. Not only will your losses be below average if you cheat often, but you will have an extremely rough time stabilizing in p3, which is very frustrating! Make sure you're fully committed to doing this diet because it really does work! I know you can do it.
