    Help!

Okay, I started off doing really well on this diet and then about a week in I started having trouble getting all the food in. I just wasn't hungry and I really have a hard time with vegetables. Then I would be like oh a small dollop of ketchup won't really hurt anything. My daughter ended up in the hospital and i cheated and had a burger there. Well my progress slowed way down and I had only lost 10 lbs in two weeks. Then yesterday making some stuff ahead for thanksgiving I tasted some stuff to make sure it was good (no recipes the stuff is all made by taste) and that just spiraled...stuffing, baked beans, egg nog, milk, potatoes. Ugh. I'm really sick over it. I went from 200 up to 203 overnight and even went to the gym.

So my question is this. Should I just keep going on the diet and stay strict or would it be best to restart with loading days? I'm desperate to lose 30 lbs by Jan 14th weekend. What's the best advice? And does working out really slow the progress?

Ugh. Just noticed oranges ares on the plan either and I've been eating oranges!

Starting over won't do a bit of good. You just need to get your head in the game and keep plugging on. You can do it! Just take your lumps and don't get discouraged. the gains will drop back off.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol and over 10 years experience as a weight loss and nutrition coach. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol

I thought oranges were part of the protocol. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, sn, apparently Dr. Simeons updated the protocol from the original to include oranges, it's the protocol I followed for P2. I know, alittle confusing...
    Carpe Diem !
