Help... I'm so burned out and I am going out of town this weekend

So, today is day 23. My losses have been slow... I'm only down a bit over 11 lbs in the past 23 days. I know under normal circumstances that is fantastic, but I was hoping for more with the hcg. I am doing the homeopathic pellets. I am craving bad foods SO bad. I haven't really acted upon the cravings, but some days it is super hard. I'm not hungry really - just things sound good.... especially carbs.

Anyway, I am going to be out of town this weekend... and I plan on making good choices, or at least as good as possible under the circumstances. I have already looked at the menus of the places that I know we will be eating at and have decided what I can eat and still try to be in protocol. I do know that I"ll have a drink or 5, but am planning on Vodka - water (I know, not protocol), but it is a festival and I really want to have a few drinks.

I am feeling very burned out as my progress is becoming so slow. My question is.... do I just do my best this week and keep going next week, or, do I stop the pellets and start over in 3 weeks? How bad will this weekend hurt my results?

Help... I donít know what to do.

You could do a planned interruption for a few days. You stop taking the hcg, but continue the VLCD for 48 hours (homeopathic) or 72 hours (prescription). After the 48 hours have passed, you eat P3 style (no sugar/no starch). It wouldn't allow you a free-for-all with the diet, but you'd have a lot more leeway in what you eat and how much you eat. You could even have a glass of wine or even try non-sugary mixed drinks. I'm not a drinker, but I've read vodka with sugar free mixers usually works okay. And you can eat as much fat, protein and vegetables as it takes to satisfy you. When you're ready, just start the hcg and diet again. Do not load again.

I do planned interruptions almost every round with no or little weight gain. I also have no problem starting hcg/VLCD again. Other people struggle with both.

I've pasted the relevant section of P&I below, but I eat a whole lot more than 800 calories on a PI.

"If an interruption of treatment lasting more than four days is necessary, the patient must increase his diet to at least 800 Calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after the third day, as otherwise he will find himself so hungry and weak that he is unable to go about his usual occupation. If the interval lasts less than two weeks the patient can directly resume injections and the 500-Calorie diet, but if the interruption lasts longer he must again eat normally until he has had his third injection.

When a patient knows beforehand that he will have to travel and be absent for more than four days, it is always better to stop injections three days before he is due to leave so that he can have the three days of strict dieting which are necessary after the last injection at home. This saves him from the almost impossible task of having to arrange the 500 Calorie diet while en route, and he can thus enjoy a much greater dietary freedom from the day of his departure. Interruptions occurring before 20 effective injections have been given are most undesirable, because with less than that number of injections some weight is liable to be regained. After the 20th injection an unavoidable interruption is merely a loss of time."

Thank you for your advice. I'm just so stressed that I'm gonna ruin it.
