What hcg are you on? And you don't lose a pound a day on average. Women average .5-.75 pounds per day. but you shouldn't be gaining. Usually that only happens if you're on fake hcg or on a too high dose of shots.
I'm struggling to get in the right grove of P2 I started on July 30th. July 30th and 31st were my loading days.
I have been to date I'm .05 up. Something isn't right. Can i be drinking to much water that is?
I know I should be down at least 5lbs if I lose a lb a day.

Thanks

I'm not sure of the dosage...I go to my MD for the shots and all shots come pre-loaded. How do i determine if they are too high for me? Is there something I should be doing to jump start? Could it be water weight that is holding me back?
