I did a PI in my second round when I began gaining very rapidly for the first 5 days in P3, and it wouldn't go back down. When I then found out it was due to food sensitivities and inflammation, I decided to resume VLCD for another 10 days (since I had only gone 30 days). I lost about 7 more pounds at that time, then when I started P3 again, I knew better what foods to eat and not eat for me (salmon, cauliflower, peppers, cooked tomatoes, okra, greek yogurt, cherries), and I stabilized like a rock.

I would wait until P3 or P4 to use the other products, because I'd be concerned if they affected my daily losses while taking the HCG. What is Ipamorelin suppose to do for you?

personally, I trust nothing NuImage says. They have refused to listen about their insanely high dose recommendations and I don't think they know what they are doing. They are fine to buy from because the hcg is good quality but don't listen to anything they say.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol

Diet Doc sells Ipamorelin too (human growth hormone precursor), but I think they may have changed the name to something proprietary. They all want to get you using products that bring repeat sales, since HCG isn't something that people take daily.

I would suggest to wait until after you are done with the HCG as well. Since HCG is a hormone protocol, adding more hormone affecting substances doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. I don't trust NuImage reps either after having a couple of conversations with them myself. I like the HCG kits but that's it. Will be discarding the free bonus items at the point. I'm happy with HCG results all by itself

I feel such shame!! Trusted the NuImage MD and knew better from being a forum junkie!! And wait on your welcome advise. Started with NuImage product to support this forum and trial the difference between overseas product and US made.

Did 6 days of 200IU then lowered to 150IU for past 4 days. Still not feeling the love!! Poorer sleep patterns! More hunger especially at night. More fatigue and light headedness.

POP eating as every other round and will not call NuImage consultants as I have lack of trust after the last 6 day stall in weight loss. OK overall as have lost 9 lost in 12 days from highest load wt. Doing a for me typical long round. Sweet spot for me has fluctuated from 120-130IU. For past rounds. Should I skip a day and then drop again??

Yes, skip a day then adjust down if hunger is less or gone in the evening.

When i got help from Nuimage re mixing they said i had to inject at 20 which is 200 iu When i tried to explain that the previous time their pellets were too strong and i would inject less they tried to argue their point and i ended the conversation. I ooted to take 15cc which is 150 which was my previous dose when i got the already mixed vials from a clinic. The clinic i went to was too costly which is why i tried nuimage . I just remembered to ignore their dosage advice. I start today on vlcd so will see if my decision for 15cc is accurate. Visl of 5000 was mixed with 5cc bac water When i suggested mixing 10cc ibac into mixture their consultant said absolutely not So i did as they suggested but taking a lower dose because i know they always suggest higher
