    I'm not real sympathetic about cheats...they're a choice you or I wanted to make.

    My mom is doing HCG with me, and we P2 Day 3. My mom cheated THE FIRST DAY OF PHASE TWO. My family is ordering pizza tonight, and I know she's going to have some. And it's gonna be really rough for me.

    That's too bad. Cheating day one. Right after three days of loading? It's like not even starting. You can do it though! Even if your hcg partner fell off the wagon before getting on.

    Sitting In my car, outside walgreens, debating if I should go in for the snickers bar. I don't really want the candy bar, I just want to stop being so painfully hungry.

    I decided to read the thread, not knowing at first what it was, to see how far back a snickers would set me.

    Now, I am in tears. Renewed effort to make it through another long hungry night. Thank you.

    I see you have posted on a few different threads. I am sorry this is happening to you, if you must eat, eat more protein. Again I have to think your dose is off - probably too high. Have you taken all 3 doses for today? If not, don't take your last dose. If you have, don't take your first morning dose tomorrow and see what happens. I have no experience with this compounded dose you're on but I'm worried you're getting way too high a dose. Hang in there!!

    Also remember even if your dose is off and you are super hungry you don't have to eat junk food. If you are super hungry do you think a snicker bar will help long? No, eat extra real food if you need to but hunger isn't an excuse to eat junk candy. I'm not against eating a treat on a rare occasion but hunger shouldn't be the reason you do it.

    I replied to your other thread. Hopefully you see it before you take your morning dose today.
