You're fine with those products. I've been using it all along. The toughest part for me to figure out was a chapstick replacement. Now I use Revlon colorstay mineral stuff.
I will be starting when I receive my HCG, so I'm shopping right now for makeup. I'm confused what I can use because when I read the ingredients, it doesn't say it contains oil or cream. For instance:
BareMinerals Matte Foundation - Ingredients are Lauroyl Lysine, Silica, Calcium Silicate, Soil Minerals. May Contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.
Physicians Formula Mineral Loose Powder - Ingredients are Mica, Zinc Oxide, Zinc Stearate,Boron Nitride, Lauroyl Lysine, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.
I don't see anything that looks like oil or cream, but rocket scientist I am not. Any suggestions? The lists that I've found online are items that have to be ordered and the stuff above is right here in town. Am I all confused?
Thanks!!!
Terri

I used the Physician's formula last round. No problems except I'm old and it made my wrinkles show more.

I've been using BE, but have also found awesome makeup at
http://www.eyeslipsface.com/depts_minerals.asp?dept_id=1190
Their mineral foundation is only $5 and they have awesome eyeshadows ($3) and lipsticks ($5). I have yet to find any item I have not loved from them. They run specials all the time (they just had a one-day 70% off mineral make-up sale-I bought 14 items, delivered, for $26.) Hope that helps.

Physicians Formula!!!!! hehe I would say that, Ive been a sales rep for them for 7 years![]()
You're awesome! I didn't even think about that brand. They're so inexpensive and you can also buy it at Target. I didn't want to spend a ton on makeup since I'll be going back to my normal brands after the round. Now I need to find inexpensive HCG compatable hair care and skin care.
Thanks!![]()
