    Hand Soap Recommendations

    Hi there,

I tried using the search function but it's not user-friendly since it doesn't take you to the actual page

Any P2-friendly hand soap recommendations? And hand sanitizers?

    Thanks!

I always use dial hand or bars without any oils or fragrances added. Watch out for liquid dishwashing soap. Every time I washed dishes barehanded (without gloves) in P2, I would stall or not lose as much that day. I just started piling everything into the dishwasher instead.

Wow that is interesting. I must say this is the only thing I never followed protocol on . I kept using my normal shampoos, conditioners, lotions etc while on hcg. I mostly use the dishwasher anyway, but had never even thought about the dish detergent.

Hair products with oil aren't a problem since they don't go into your scalp and are only absorbed by the hair itself. You may want to use gloves while applying them though. Also beware if you are trimming fatty meats as well. I think Dr. S mentions a scenario like this regarding a professional chef in Pounds & Inches.
