I never had issues using "normal" body products...just sayin'

I'm not suggestion that it's a BAD idea to be concious of all those prodcuts. I'm just saying that in my 6 rounds of experience I've had great results that were absoulty consistent and I didn't change shampoo, tooth paste soap or any of that...my $.02

NOTE - I am a man so I, I don't use as much blush and mascara lol

I think most of us have come to something like that conclusion. The only place I'm careful is any product that is left on, like makeup, moisturizers and leave-in hair treatments. It doesn't seem to matter in products that get used and then rinsed off right away.

I think for women hormones can cause problems more quickly than in men, too.
We like body lotion and I think that is where the issue can be, not so much soap, toothpaste, etc. I have been using a non-oily moisturizer and it's just fine. I actually often use it when not on HCG because I like it better!
