My entire P2 I used a couple of products by Tate's called Tate's Natural Miracle Shampoo and Tate's Natural Miracle Conditioner

The shampoo also works as bubble bath, face wash, and body wash. The conditioner as hand and body lotion and make-up remover. They have no dyes, no gluten, no colors, no iodine, no glycols, no sulfates, no parabens, no fragrance, no phosphates, no pesticides, and no animal testing

I'll have to look for them for my next p2. This round I used my normal shampoo and conditioner and body wash, but maybe my loses would have been better if I found some product. I did only use mineral oil for my face and hands; I did find a oil free sun screen as well that I used.

I did well with Earth Science Citress shampoo and conditioner. I actually used the shampoo on my shower puff to shave my legs, too.
I used the plainest glycerin soap I could find-but have heard that some people have trouble with glycerin. Thoughts?

Beth, how did the quality of the products compare? Did your hair still feel the same using Tate's? I'd be interested to know.

Currently the dry skin is KILLING me. I'm going to switch to an oil free moisturizer as soon as I can, but I'm really skeptical about hair products. I have naturally curly hair and my regular products are the key in keeping it looking nice.

read the ingredients to check for purity but mineral oil itself is inert and doesn't have the ability to go bad.

I have Keratin straightened hair and use a Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner. There are so many ingredients I don't know what to look for. But without the stuff I will look like a Wookie.

I'm just wondering if the portion of the diet is hocus pokus

In KT's book he says we have to avoid mineral oil and even calls it deadly. Is that for the protocol or just his opinion about mineral oil. My lips are so dry I need something. HELP!
