Thread: Trouble Stabilizing?

  1. #11
Hi Grammy -- I need some advice please. P2 went great and I lost 40 pounds. P3 not so good. The first week went well but slowly my weight went up even earning clean and my constipation was really bad. I used a product called ozmolax to help with the constipation and my weight went up 2 pounds. I then did a steak day and my weight gain stopped ( but didn't go down) constipation was getting worse , then I lost it and binged on non P3 foods my weight went up again more than 2 pounds and I am still constipated , on some advise I tried a salt water flush that didn't work at all for the constipation and my weight went up another 3 pounds . So I am 8 plus pounds above my last dose weight and binged again to make things worse and now 10 pounds gained in a week and constipated and bloated . I am thinking of just going back to P2 for three weeks and then staring P3 again from a better point what do you think? Or is there any other way for recovery ?

It's too soon to go back to hcg. You need to be off a minimum of 6 weeks if this is your first round. It's possible your thyroid is low. Hcg elevates your thyroid. Also try some Magnesium citrate which will help the constipation. You need to take a look at what you're eating and see what is causing the extremely fast weight gain. Could be dairy. What have you been eating?

Thanks for the info. Are there any other symptoms of low thyroid? Also I did HCG Drops , though I tread some where you could go back on them prior to six weeks ? I had some cheese but only during the binge eating after the weight gain

Fatigue, hair loss, loss of eyebrows, constipation, dry skin are all the usual symptoms. You already lost more than the maximum allowed so you really should let your skin recover and your liver rejuvenate.

Ok understood, I didn't even know that there was a maximum that you could loose , for skin recovery what do you mean. And liver recovery? What's the best book to buy on using HCG Drops?

Click the tab at the top that reads original manuscript. It tells everything about the hcg protocol. the method doesn't matter because the rules are the same. If you lose too much at once, you run the risk of saggy skin that doesn't recover. Your liver has just processed huge amounts of fat and toxins and needs a break too.
