Thread: Bad headaches anyone?

    Bad headaches anyone?

My husband is on his first round about day 12 or 13 and has been getting really bad headaches in his forehead- pressure like, but definitely not sinus (he has those often but said these are different ). I didn't get any myself.

Are the headaches continuing? He could try some peppermint tea and see if that helps.

    How is his water consumption?

No, they are every other day or every two days, but they started in conjunction with his injections. He says he drinks a lot of water during the day. I was just curious if anybody else experienced them thanks for your input.

Headaches are fairly common the first few days of the low calorie diet, but generally dissipate after that.

Just like any other dietary transition, the HCG diet will also cause changes in body and metabolic processes. These changes can produce headache symptoms, but understanding these changes will help alleviate and minimize the headaches. Herbal teas containing relaxants are a good option. Drinking lots of water can help too. If use of computers or laptops is more than wholesale reading glasses can be adopted.
