    hair loss?

first round, i didn't notice any hair loss. ever since i started second round, which has been nothing but huge bouts of cheating and not much progress, i've been noticing that my hair is thinner. i'm really freaking out. i don't know what to do. i wish i could stop this hcg, but won't i just gain all the weight back immediately? i don't want to do this anymore.

I am feeling the same way. My hair has been coming out in clumps since R1. It is a common side effect of HCG and Pregnancy. Pregnant women get that after having a baby, as well as softened enamel, and low sex drive, and bad breath. I've had em all. I guess it's worth it to me for the weight loss. But I was told to try a pre-natal vitamin. Haven't done it yet, but it's supposed to help. I would stick with it though. If you've already made it this far, stopping now isn't going to change anything that has been screwed up with your hormones. Just try taking a supplement, and eat really healthy in P3, and continue to take a pre-natal. Good Luck!

My hair started falling out in clumps about a week in. Immediately I started supplementing with biotin and silica and the problem stopped. Don't risk the weight gain! Btw you can purchase silica for around $7 and biotin for $6 up to dosage a bit until you see results. Don't get sucked into biosilc for $36+. It's is great but $$ for just about the same thing.
