Not taken Hcg for nearly two years due to chest pains - not sure if it's related?

I've done hcg before a few times. The first couple of times, I was really strict and more or less kept to the rules. But a couple of years ago, I went through a phase where I'd start taking it, then massively cheat, so I'd stop. Then I'd start again two weeks later for a while and then cheat and stop again. In 2020 I started to get slight chest pains, plus I felt I couldn't get enough air into my lungs on occassion. I thought it might have been a reaction to the Covid jab but I've checked my medical records and I was jabbed after the chest pains started.

Has anyone heard of hcg causing heart or chest problems? Because I've read online there's a connection but I've not seen any actual evidence. I want to try it again and do it properly this time but I'm a bit concerned. I've had health checks and they say all is ok in the chest area.

HCG is not connected to heart issues in any documentation that I'm aware of. Its a natural hormone that your body produces in massive quantities during pregnancy without causing heart problems. It follows that the miniscule doses used in the HCG protocol are extremely unlikely to have any effect in that area.

It is common during the HCG protocol that salt levels and/or electrolytes can get out of balance due to the drastic changes in food quantities and salt intake. But that generally will cause symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, weakness, headache and is easily remedied with mineral salt and potassium supplementation.

When doing HCG it is good to put electrolytes in your water and to take B12 and vitamins.

Thanks Leez and Kat. I don't suppose either of you know if or/and where I can get hcg delivered to the UK? I use one of the old pharmacies in India that people used to buy from but wondered if there was an authorized seller I can buy from?

You might try ColinFWatson's site. He uses US suppliers and ships overseas. You'll need to do a search. the colin link takes you to the dietdoc site. I don't know if DietDoc ships overseas, as they are located in California and have a big mess of regulations they need to work around.
