Glad to hear its working for you again. Not everyone gets an immunity reprieve.

As you continue on, you'll want to be especially careful not to tempt immunity again. That means skipping one day per week in a 40 dose round, and observing the waiting times between rounds as the intervals increase.

Absolutely. I'm being very careful this time, skipping an injection each week. I plan on doing a 100 day round though. I'm almost halfway through. For an extended round, it would probably be a good idea to take more than the 6 weeks off for P3 & P4 though, right?

You are playing with immunity fire by doing a round longer than 40 dose days. I wouldn't risk it, especially considering your history.

Please reconsider and observe the required waiting times. Its worth it not to lose HCG as a weight loss tool. It might seem like you can get there faster with longer rounds, but its an illusion. Losses will slow, and you are more likely to have regains when you do stop that have to be lost again in subsequent rounds. It could take longer to finish than following the protocol times. And there is no guarantee that you won't develope permanent immunity. You can safely lose 100 or more pounds in less than a year in 5 rounds with the specified waiting times.

    Some info:

Each of the following wait times include the 3 weeks of P3
    Round 1: 6 weeks
    Round 2: 8 weeks (2 mo)
    Round 3: 12 weeks (3 mo)
    Round 4: 20 weeks (5 mo)
    Round 5: 24 weeks (6 mo)

Where did you get your hcg, and what method are you using? A 100 day round with no risk of immunity might only work if you are using (homeopathic) aka hhcg.

I got it from reliablerxpharmacy.com, and I'm on the original protocol.

I've done a little experimenting going rogue, but nothing crazy. I've had Quest protein bars and the Quest protein chips here and there. Fortunately, the sugar alcohols don't make me stall.

Given my history with HCG immunity, would you recommend I take more than the 6 recommend weeks off before starting my 2nd round? I became immune in 2017.

I think it would make sense to give your body some extra time between rounds. especially since you've tried again within the past year. It sounds like this recent round has been successful. Did you have to make any dose changes during the round? That information might be helpful in giving you some guidance.

It was! I ended up losing 30lbs. I cheated a little in the beginning because my dose was off. Started at 20 units then increased to 24 and it was fine until the end. Then I had to adjust my dose again but couldn't get it right so I stopped.

That's what I get for not listening to you and being stubborn! Hypertension on HCG I was really trying to get a little more fat off, but I should have just ended the round sooner.

So no dose reductions needed...that's a good sign.

After reading through the thread again, its not clear how many dose days you had in this most recent round. If it was more than 40, then definitey extend the waiting time because doing more than 40 dose days already tempts immunity.

If you kept the round to 40 doses or less, then it seems safe to follow the normal waiting times chart.

I had 60 total doses. I was thinking of taking 10 weeks off between rounds. What would you recommend?

Here is what we know about immunity and recovery from it.

Immunity can appear some time around the 40th dose. I could be earlier, or much later. There is no way to predict when it will happen.

Some people who experience immunity never recover, and can not use HCG again.

For those that can recover, taking a year break is usually enough time to reverse the immunity. Sometimes 6 months can be enough time, but a year is safest.

So in your situation of already pushing past the limit, any arbitrary waiting time is going to be just a guess. Your report of not being able to find the right dose at the end is a little concerning, because that is what happens when immunity hits...no dose adjustment fixes the hunger and poor losses. But immunity hunger is usually strong enough that you really can't force yourself continue on more than a couple of days. So at the end of your round you would be assessing hunger intensity to determine if the slow losses you were experiencing was an immunity issue.

Unfortunately, there is no precedent for how to follow a 60 dose round that would suggest a clear direction here. My best advice, would be to assume you did not hit immunity this time, take the break you are thinking about and when you restart, do any further rounds with homeopathic hhcg, which doesn't create immunity.

I don't have personal experience with hhcg to go by, but people report that hhcg negates hunger and allow for good stabilization just like RX HCG. It is a little more inconvenient, though.
