PMS and BAD attitude! Cant handle it

I am on about day 17 injections. The first 10 days were horrible for me. I was constantly *****y! So it got a better for a few days now I;m hitting TOM soon. I have awful PMS and awful heavy painful periods. I'm already feeling teary, bloated and like I have the whole world on my shoulders. I really am feeling like I wont make it through the weekend. I need some words of encouragement please! I am trying to plan my meals ahead for the next crazy 5 days i have coming with my kids. if i want doing HCG i would be going to food to deal

Hang in there! You've got this. Drink your water and take whatever pain reliever you normally need. If you feel compelled to eat, take our your frustration on celery sticks!

(7 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)

Try to find a way to break that addiction. What else can you focus on? Maybe a little spring cleaning? Organize a closet?

you have a chemical imbalance in your brain. I strongly recommend reading "The Mood Cure" book. any serotonin supplements (like 5HTP or tryptophan) should help.

Hcg has made me very moody and all over the place. I also have hormonal issues. I will take a look at the book.

I did order this book. Lots of good info in it. I am going to try some of the suggestions in the book like 5HTP.

keep in mind 5HTP doesn't work for everyone. the alternatives are inositol and tryptophan.
