    Tingle tingle

Hey everyone! I started hcg injections on Monday and my doctor had me start phentermine today. The first dose (7am) was great and made me feel super energetic. I took the second dose around 12pm and now my face is a little tingly and I'm feeling kind of airy. I'm dizzy or nauseated or anything. I'm wondering if it's the phentermine, hcg, or low calories?

Whatís the prescription strength of the phentermine? Is it 37.5? If so...Iím assuming youíre taking half in the AM and half at noon?

Iíve been off and on the stuff for over 10 years. Make sure youíre drinking plenty of water bc it can dehydrate you. Also, cut out other forms of caffeine. And...I started HCG Injections for the first time a week ago. The HCG has taken away my appetite completely and itís the first time in years I havenít relied on phentermine. Maybe just wait and see how your hunger is with just the hcg?

You absolutely should NOT be on an appetite suppressant when on hcg. This can negate the entire protocol. You need to know if you have hunger so you can fix the dose. I would stop it immediately!

As everyone has stated, if your hcg is good and the dose is right, you will have no hunger and should not need an appetite suppressant of any kind!!!
