Beachbody 21 Day Fix Workout program and P2

Is anyone familiar with the Beachbody 21 day Fix workout plan? Its 7 days a week, 30 minutes a day with one active rest day (Yoga). It's a mix of cardio and weight lifting. I have been doing it on and off for about 6 months. Do you think it would be beneficial while on P2? The last time I did Hcg, I lost about 40 pounds but I was still "flabby". I want to tone up as I lose the weight, but don't want it to affect my results. Any Advice???

I've seen the Beach Body infomercial which seems to be on first thing in the morning on a lot of different stations. Thanks to hcg and a breast reduction/tummy tuck I now have a beach body for the first time in about 40 years (I'm 55) . My stomach is as flat as a board and I have no flab except my mid-thigh area, which is just middle aged cellulite. I even have the elusive thigh gap, so I can't complain. I live by the beach, so I'm happy to be able to wear sun dresses and halters without having to think about anything but which one of them to wear today, since they all look so good on me now. I'm 5'10, 145 lb., size 2-4 after 3 rounds. I just don't like exercising other than walking on the beach a few days a week whenever I feel like doing so. I didn't want to set my body up to depend on exercise when I know it might be something I'd start doing for a short time, but the minute I stop doing it, I will begin gaining the weight back.

When it comes to hcg, the only exercise I want to do is "exercising the right to choose the foods that my body likes in order to remain stable"

If you have been doing Beach Body all along, you can can continue during P2. But its a bad idea to start something like that when you start P2. It adds unneeded stress to your body, and besides inhibiting your progress, you likely won't have the endurance to keep going with it.
