    The Bikini Body Guide post-HCG

    Has anyone heard of Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide? It's a 12 week exercise and diet program that *looks* like it has good results. I'm within 15lb of my ideal weight so I know I can't do another round of HCG, plus I really want to gain muscle and tighten up a bit. I'm just about to start P4 of R4 and wondering if I can just leap into it after P4. Has anyone had good results with a HIIT and weights program post-HCG? Would love to hear your stories!!

    I haven't tried it yet, but I will be doing this after I've got to my goal! First step is to lose most of the fat, second step is to tone up and get healthy and fit! Hopefully someone can answer this who has had success with it. #deathbykayla haha!

    Currently: R1/P2/hHCG

    First (failed) attempt in October 2015: 223 lbs down from 235 lbs. Then I fell off the weight-loss train. So, here we go again!

    Round 1:
    SW before P2 - 14/Aug/16: 242 lbs
    SW after P1 - 16/Aug/16: 249 lbs
    P2 LDW:

    First GW: 187 lbs
    Second GW: 170 lbs
    Ultimate GW: 154 lbs

    Hey! I can't say I've tried her workout regimen personally, but I've read her guide and it all sounds very reasonable and legit. Definitely not something I'd do in P2 (based on what I've read) but now that you're in P4 it should be no problem.

    I've had some friends who have done this with incredible success. Good luck!
