    exercise and hunger

    Hello fellow HCG'ers,

    I'm about 2 weeks into my round, and have lost about 11lbs, which I'm very happy about. I only had about 25 more lbs to loose after having lost 25 on my last round. My hunger has been very mild this time around and it has really not been too challenging to stay on protocol. I have found that being creative about putting allowed foods together, and using lots of spices, really helps make things more pleasant. Doing injections, 125iu, which seems to have been my sweet spot.

    I have always been pretty good about exercising but I thought I would let a couple weeks go by and just do some super light walking, yoga, etc. Now that I'm seeing the weight come off I decided to get back in the gym and on my regular and modest weight training routine. Felt really good to work my muscles this morning, even at a very light load. WELL, this entire afternoon I have been STARVING. I have eaten my meals and am still starving. I'm drinking tons of water and ice tea, so it can't be thirst. I'm ready to eat my arm off. I have had a couple extra pieces of roasted chicken lunch meat (no sugar or bad stuff in it), but I just have such a hunger feeling which will not go away.

    Wondering if exercise is the cause of this? It must be because everything has been so smooth until today and the work out is the only thing different. Should I up my dose a bit? I think the 125iu has been perfect but maybe I need more now? I really want to work out because we are going to Cancun next month and even with the weight loss, I feel my body is looking a little flabby....not what looked as fat to me before, now just flabby with some extra skin.

    Do any of you have advice?

    My advice. Don't exercise strenuously. Stick to your walking and yoga, and let HCG do its job without getting in the way and taking your body's resources to handle some other stress.

    The whole beauty of HCG is that it lets you acheive weight loss without hunger. But its a finely tuned plan that is delicately balanced for optimum loss if you follow all the requirements. You can't treat the HCG protocol like any other diet. Its about hormones and metabolic system adjustments. Its a delicate balance and changing up anything can disturb its effectiveness.

    You're lucky to have found a sweet spot. I'd hang in there and see if things level out at your current dose once you stop the extra stress of the exercise.

    Of course that's the reason you need to increase your protein when you exercise because you're going to end up in starvation mode and you're going to end up stalling.

    2. Eat Eggs For Breakfast
    3. Drink Coffee (Preferably Black)
    4. Drink Green Tea
    5. Cook With coconut oil
    6. Take a Glucomannan Supplement
    7. Cut Back on Added Sugar
    8. Eat Less Refined Carbs
    9. Go on a Low Carb Diet
    10. Exercise Portion Control or Count Calories
    11. Do Aerobic Exercise
    12. Eat More Vegetables and Fruits
    13. Get Good Sleep
    14. Don’t Drink Calories, Including Sugary Soda and Fruit Juices

    Thanks for suggestion Devis. All these foods that you have mentioned are really rich in protein and helps in gaining back energy.

    Thats really good idea @deviswolowitz. But I think diet pills also can be helpful for him. [link removed] This will help you lose weight and suppress your hunger as well. They are quite natural and have zero side effects. I like this diet supplement.
