This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

I've been going to classes 3x a week this round - a strength and balance class, a piloga class (mix of pilates and yoga) and a yoga class. Next week I'm going to add a spinning class and see what happens!

----------- When I did the diet, i found that i was extremely wound up!! with a short fuse. So when i went for my second round i really made an effort to find stretching and relaxation exercises that would calm and promote blood flow. I enjoyed going for a walk around my neighborhood. And i would enter them into my app. Then i could look back and see my progress... because every week i tried to do a little bit more, stretching and walk a little bit father.
If you are into doing exercises while on the diet you should check out HcgDietApp With the Sliced Apple ICON by CODEQ. With the app you can log all your exercises.

I'm just beginning my second week on Hcg~R1P2SD7 down 8 1/4 lbs. I've been slowly introducing exercise like biking into my new routine.

Today, I took a Nia class (fusion fitness that incorporates mind, body, spirit into a myriad of movement forms). I paced myself and was doing fine until the last 10 min. and then I got very faint, weak, thought I was going to pass out.

So I sat down, drank my medicinal tea, but I was so shaky I didn't know If I was going to make it to my car. When I got home I had a half of baked apple I made the night before, and my energy picked up immediately.

I am wondering if I exercise consistently in P2 will I lose muscle instead of calories, and if I'll have the energy to get through the classes. Maybe I need to eat my protein before the class?

hi!! i've been doing pilates 3 times a week for the last few months. when i started hcg mid august i decided to keep doing the pilates, and when i skipped a day of pilates, i feel terrible. so i figure exercise is good for me and last week i began incorporating walking on the treadmill with some spurts of running, and that felt great!! in addition to feeling fantastic, i also was able to drink all my water without complaining and had big losses for two days!

so after a lazy day yesterday, which made me feel awful, i'm going to be doing 30 minutes of cardio every morning, in the hopes that i can make up for the 11 day stall i had earlier in my round.

nwnaturegirl: eating protein at night insures that your body doesn't burn it's own muscle. if you're really worried about that, have a little bit less protein at lunch and a little bit more at dinner. eating half your apple(or whatever fruit) before class and half after will make sure that your blood sugar stays level, which is cause of the shaky drop that you experienced.

I just started hot yoga about 3 months ago in my last p3 and could not give it up when I went into P2. I just finished a 6 week round and exercised strenously 4-5 times a week for up to 90 minutes a class. I typically ate an extra serving of protein on those days but towards the end I didnt always feel I needed it. It was a very smooth round too so I will continue this way.

Thank you for the advice, artschooolgirl! I love baked apples, and will make sure to have them on supply before and after my Nia classes. SO good to know I can keep going, and won't get dizzy or weak.

Took class again yesterday, and did better. I made sure to eat a late lunch before I went. Down 1.4 lbs today. Woo hoo!

I've been doing Zumba since last year and couldn't give it up once I went on the diet- it's too much fun! I found a lot of confidence through it and it also taught me that my body can do things I never thought this white girl could I do it at night and eat a hard-boiled egg white with my 2nd daily serving of fruit after the workout. I think tonight I'll go to 2 egg whites and see if there's any difference, since I know I'm burning a lot of calories in an hour of Zumba. I'm just glad to see that other people work out on the diet, because I was told that I'm not supposed to at all.

I'm at the gym about 5 times a week. Trying to get better from a car accident. Light weights, 30 minutes on the treadmill, and 30 minutes on the bike. I also have some degenerative issues in my lower back, which sucks! Not fun bending over and massive pain. Makes me feel way older than being a grandma, lol! I am on my feet my whole shift at work, which causes pain. Funny how walking on the treadmill makes my back feel better. Definitely not going to stop, but going to watch myself really closely. VLCD2 for me, dont want to get into a bad place with my back.

I have taken some Zumba classes too, loved them. My daughter that goes to the gym with me just had shoulder surgery, so only really light workouts for her for a while. Gotta check out some yoga, I really want to see if I can regain some of the flexibility in my lower back.

i went to the gym today and my beginning heart rate was 81 - i felt a little weak so i only walked for a while - and i went up to 94. then after running for 2 full minutes i checked again and i had shot up to 154!! anyone have any idea why that would happen??

i walked for another 10 minutes at a quick pace and got off the treadmill. i felt weak, although not shaky. i'm not entirely sure what was going on with me today. i cancelled my pilates class because i feel like i should rest before i go out in NYC tonight -- its fashion week here, and my sister invited me to a party!!
