    Exercising during p2!?

I know it says you shouldn't exercise during drops but I'm about to buy 10 classes of cardio kickboxing so I can do that during my 3 weeks and I want to continue doing them once I start another round. I just wonder if it's going to have a really bad effect on me, if someone really advises against it?

There is no prohibition against exercise. You might, however, find you don't have your usual stamina so you might not be able to do such an intense workout.

pounds and inches says this about exercise, "We encourage swimming and sun bathing during treatment, but it should be remembered that a severe sunburn always produces a temporary rise in weight, evidently due to water retention. The same may be seen when a patient gets a common cold during treatment. Finally, the weight can temporarily increase - paradoxical though this may sound - after an exceptional physical exertion of long duration leading to a feeling of exhaustion. A game of tennis, a vigorous swim, a run, a ride on horseback or a round of golf do not have this effect; but a long trek, a day of skiing, rowing or cycling or dancing into the small hours usually result in a gain of weight on the following day, unless the patient is in perfect training. In patients coming from abroad, where they always use their cars, we often see this effect after a strenuous day of shopping on foot, sightseeing and visits to galleries and museums. Though the extra muscular effort involved does consume some additional Calories, this appears to be offset by the retention of water which the tired circulation cannot at once eliminate."

Last night before bed I did deep stretching (p2) and slept like a baby. I woke up feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Newcomer to forum, not to HCG. FWIW, I am on P2 currently and I exercised (HIIT) on Saturday for 50 min and felt fine! I did need to eat extra (hungry) and I also slept more than usual. But still lost .8 the next morning!

I did 3 rounds about 6-7 years ago and didn't really change how I exercised. I just started a new round today and will continue to do 3 or 4 low impact aerobics classes per week plus walking and a yoga or Qigong class here and there. I probably wouldn't train for a marathon while on low calorie days, but I'm fine with an hour of exercise or a 2 hour walk.

Thanks for your thread here. There have some good supplements which is really helpful for exercise. I recently bought a weslo cadence g 5.9 treadmill for my home GYM. Much reliable and cheap. LOL!
