    HELP ME!!!! Taking a 5k vacation in August

    I never used to exercise and I hate running. Over the course of the last 7 months I have worked up to 40 minutes on the treadmill 7 days a week. I am being talked into running in The Color Run in August and need to start training/getting ready. Can anyone recommend anything? Specifically something that can be done while I am continuing hcg rounds?

    Download the Couch to 5k on your phone and follow it. The idea is to help a couch potato run a 5k. I have friends who have used it successfully. You can do it! And the color run will be fun!
