I've just started my first Round 1 yesterday. I'm thinking to do some yoga, Pilates and stretching classes only since my right leg injured. But after I lose some weight (10kg/22 lbs), probably I will start doing some cardio.

    Will share more details.
    -----------------------
    HCG drop used: HCG Complex
Method: 43-day 550-600 cal. diet with Dr. Lipman's approved food
    1st Start date: 28 Dec 2017
Start weight (post load) = 170.5 lbs (77.5 kg)
Goal: reduce 33-44 lbs (15-20 kg)

I also just started P2 on 12/28. As a massage therapist past rounds I've always received upper body DT massage with great weight loss. I like many I'm sure thought it was the oil being the issue. Good to know!

Hey fam!! I知 going on a ski trip next week (2nd week of P2), we usually ski 6ish hours each day. I figure I値l just add a little extra protein...sound about right, or don稚 worry about extra food and just let my body utilize fat stores?

You don't need to add extra protein. Your body will just burn more of your fat stores, but you may find your endurance is less than normal. Extra food won't help that. If you find yourself feeling weak, splitting meals up can often help, and be sure to stay hydrated and add some mineral salt for electrolyte balance. If you still feel you need more, the safest thing would be to add some protein.

Thanks! I知 fat adapted from keto so I should be fine. I have been doing a little extra protein this round because I知 continuing to work out, but we値l see how 6 hours of skiing for 4 days goes!
