    I've just started my first Round 1 yesterday. I'm thinking to do some yoga, Pilates and stretching classes only since my right leg injured. But after I lose some weight (10kg/22 lbs), probably I will start doing some cardio.

    Will share more details.

    Method: 43-day 550-600 cal. diet with Dr. Lipman's approved food
    1st Start date: 28 Dec 2017
    Start weight (post load) = 170.5 lbs (77.5 kg)
    Goal: reduce 33-44 lbs (15-20 kg)

    I also just started P2 on 12/28. As a massage therapist past rounds I've always received upper body DT massage with great weight loss. I like many I'm sure thought it was the oil being the issue. Good to know!
