Messed up, can I start again now?

    Good morning,

I started 2nd round of hcg injections 4 weeks ago.

My head wasnít in the game, so to speak, and I stopped after 2 weeks of injections.

I basically wasted my money. I used 125units, itís the perfect dose for me, thanks to this forum.

Can I start again now, since I did only 2 weeks of injections? My last injection was 17 days ago. I did a total of 12 injections , skipping a day each week.

I did my 1st round 11months ago, lost 18# in 30 days but slowly went back to bad habits after 4 months. This worked great for me before, but I screwed up when my birthday came around.
I kept the weight off for 4 months after my last dose.

    Thanks for your help.

So, if I read your post right, you have been on an interruption for the last two+ weeks. However, not following any rules.

You can start in again, and can do the remainder of a 40 dose round if you wish. Which will be somewhere around 24 dose days. You will need to reload. Two weeks is the limit for an interruption without reloading.

Try to get in a mindset where you fully appreciate the gift that HCG is to you and maybe that will help you to focus on seeing it through this time. My best tip is to read through the manuscript as you go through P2. It helped me to look at it as a medical prescription that I was following in order to "get well" again. It really is a miracle to have the chance to keep a lower setpoint weight after losing. HCG did that for me when nothing else did. Hope you are successful this time!

However, you would need to purchase more hcg if it's the original mix that is already 30 days old.

Thank you, I learned that from you on this forum.
I purchased 2 vials from DietDoc when they had a sale in November . I didn’t mix the 2nd vial yet. I used Dietdoc when I did hcg 11 months ago for the first time.

Thank you for your perspective. it is a different way of looking at it, hcg will help me get well....That’s perfect because I am definitely unwell.

I have an unmixed vial. I bought 2 vials when Dietdoc had a sale last month.
I will prepare and get started this week.
