Another fun one:
Pick up a toddler, 24 to 40 lbs, preferably one you really enjoy. Lift them high into the air and tell them how much grammy loves him (you can skip or modify that part). Bring him down to the ground and commence tickling. Then teach him how to waddle like a duck and hop like a kangaroo. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
OR
Take toddler down very long driveway (or any path or field). In a sing-songy Frère Jacques voice, repeat this poem, while acting out said words:
March-ing, March-ing
March-ing, March-ing
Hop, Hop, Hop
Hop, Hop, Hop
Running, Running, Running
Running, Running, Running
Then We Stop
Hop, then Stop.
Do for 12 minutes or so.
