    When can i start to exercise? Started P3

    I had a knee injury and haven't worked out in several years but I am hoping to restart again. When is a good time to start power walking and weight lifting?
    Gentle walking is okay with HCG but I intend to get my heart rate up and walk for an hour. Thanks.

    Its best to wait until you finish your P3 to start any new strenuous exercise program. ( daily walks are fine)


    In P3, the main thing is to keep your body as close to your LIW as possible. Adding new exercise to that mix will work against that goal, as it will confuse your daily weigh-ins, and will make it more difficult to figure out if any gains you may have are food related or muscle inflammation related.

    Enjoy your P3 eating, let your body rest and restore after the long time on P2, and plan your new workout program for P4.
