    Sweating to assist in fat breakdown/flushing during P2

    I read a reference on Colin Watson's site (SportsTrainer/HCG Supplier) to sweating being beneficial to release toxins and assist in the breakdown/flushing of the fat. Has anyone used a sauna for this purpose? If so, what was your experience.

    There is no reason not to take a sauna during the HCG protocol. Just make sure you hydrate well. Many people take detox baths as well. Again, staying hydrated is really important.
