    Am I expecting too much!?

I started P2 yesterday and was REALLY hoping (and expecting) to lose a pound or so when I got on the scale this morning. Nothing. NOOOOOTHHHIIINNNNGGGGG. Did everyone else on the planet lose on day 1!? Please, please, tell me that tomorrow will be different!

That is a bit unusual. How much did you gain during loading? Perhaps your body is still hanging on to some inflammation from loading. What did you eat for your first day of P2? How much and what type of hcg are you taking? Did you weigh first thing on getting up before eating or drinking anything?

I guess i am a late bloomer, because this morning i was down 5 lbs!! I weighed three times to be sure. I don't know... I am weird??

I loaded for two days and did not gain a pound. Made myself sick trying to eat! First day, I ate L: 100g chicken; 2c lettuce; 3/4c strawberries; 1 griss bdstick. D: 100g ground round; 2c cucumbers in vinegar; didn't finish my apple; 1 breadstick.

I did weigh first thing in the morning before eating or drinking both days.

I am doing a cream that my Dr had compounded at the drug store for me. Anyone else used that form? One 'click' in the morning and before each meal. Looks like a stick of deodorant .

Anyway, hopefully, I am on the downward trend now!

Glad to hear it! I'm not fond of the creams because they are hard to change the dose but at least with taking it 4 times during the day it might be easier than when they have you do once a day.

Seems to be going ok Down another pound this am
I am NOT a fan of self injecting, lol, so I was relieved that he said it was a cream, hahahah. I don't mind getting shots at all, but doing it myself would have been a huge negative for me!

Thanks for the chats! I was a basketcase at the beginning!! lol

Could it be your scale? Sometimes we think they're good and they aren't. It should be consistent.
Hi everyone. I'm new here but not new to hcg. Please feel free to send me a message and say hi. I love to talk to people and share success stories! I'm hear to learn and encourage people! I've lost 30 pounds and I'm currently using Homeopathic Hcg. This has changed my life.

    Hi!
I'm also new to the thread...did the drops about 3+years ago, lost about 30lbs, kept most off after going back to the unaccountable/normal lifestyle. Decided to get back on track once I ended up putting back on about 15lbs+...so round 1, VLCD 32...was doing well with a few stalls but overall down 15 lbs down, until Easter weekend...up abput 3lbs...I'm so upset w/myself, trying apple day today
