    An Asian girlís 1st HCG journey

    Hi all HCG fellows,

    It’s my first time to try HCG and the one I’m using is HCG Complex.

    Let me introduce myself ~ I’m from Hong Kong and so-called a heathly and sporty person. But in the past 1.5 years, I gained around 15kg / 33lbs. Maybe comparing to the other countries, I still seem to be alright.

    However I was a long-distance runner and a regular gym-goer. After a stair-fall and a full marathon race in the same month, my right leg injured. So I almost gave up running afterward and only went to gym occasionaly for social catch-up with friends.

    And 1 main reason I’ve gained weight because I love food and alcohol. I travel frequently and love drinking weekly. Even though I still did some easy hiking and excerises, it couldn’t help reducing any weight at all.

    Recently I’ve found my right ankle, pelvis and heel start little pain (I have flatfoot). Moreover, I feel a little breathless after climbing 2-floor stairs.

    My job requests a low level of physical strength, occasionaly work at very early hours and travel to the other countries. There are many large projects coming up so I need to focus and work better.

    I’m not a perfectionist but it’s time to change as I’m going to 40 in 2018.

    I will try to post my daily progress with diet plan, measurement and probably workout schedule.

    Good luck! Make sure your hcg drops list hcg as hcg 3x, 6x, 12x. Otherwise they could be fake. I'm not familiar with those drops and there are MANY fake ones out there. the fake ones will damage your metabolism further.

    Thanks roselanoue and Grammy1952! I'm still thinking whether I should do 500 or 800 cal diet?! But I'm going to do 500 cal first and see how my body reacts.

    Regarding to the drops, I ordered them from the official website (don't know whether i can mention the name here).
