    I cheated last weekend. Any advise?

    I was on a plateau and went to a birthday party. I cheated and ate bunch of junk food. I'm back on diet since yesterday, but I've gained like 3 pounds!
    Any advice for beating the temptations while out with friends, besides not going out?

    I would bring a pack of strawberries and bring some stevia and tea bags and make yourself something that is allowed. Also remind yourself that the stall will pass but eating incrrectly will just make reaching your goal that much harder. If you absolutely cannot resist temptations with your friends, then pass till you get thru the month. A better approach is to buy a small cooler and pack it with allowable items and show your friends you are serious. Just some suggestions.
    In any event just go back on protocol and purpose to follow it.
