    Cheating = Getting Sick?

    I'll start by saying its not my goal to cheat on this diet, but it has happened a couple times. Moments of weakness, but I'm back on track.

    My concern is for P3 and beyond...when I've cheated and eaten things off the diet (like bread, a pancake) I got sick and vomited. Sorry if that's too much info. Has this happened to anyone else? What happens when you start adding foods back in later? I'm now so scared to eat anything off the diet because it has made me sick every time.

    When I was pregnant, everything made me sick, 15-20 times a day. There was a name for it, but I forget it (its been 9 years) but it was an extreme exaggerated form of morning sickness. I know the hcg shots are no where near what pregnancy produces, but is that why I get sick eating off protocol? Maybe?

    Scared for P3.

    Your base cause of your weight problem may be gluten since you had such an extreme reaction to it. But there are lots of gluten free options.
    My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol

    Thanks, I'll read up on gluten and see what you eat to be gluten free. Thanks again! I appreciate the info!

    Hi Kannia,

    I had the same thing with my pregnancy (hyperemesis gravidarum), so I was scared to start Hcg. Thankfully, I haven't had any problems at all with any of the phases. I'm on P2D10 of my second round and I love this diet! I'm thinking your stomach upset after your cheats has more to do with a food sensitivity rather than the Hcg. I wish you continued success!!
