    Can you check my dose?

Hi all. I just want to double check my dosing math and would appreciate if someone could give me the nod of approval on my mixing and dosing.
I have 2,000iu of liquid HCG to that I added 4ML Bac Water.

I am pulling my U-100 syringe to 21 or 22 each day. Tomorrow is VLCD 6 and thinking I may need to up my dose a little? What do you think?

I am a little hungry off and on throughout each day but I know thatís normal for the first few days (this is my third round, the last two were epic fails as I quit them).

Appreciate any advice on a good dose number to start out with taking into account how I mixed.

You can refer to this formula to check your math:

    https://hcgdietinfo.com/formula-calculate-hcg-dose/

    2000uu divided by 4ml = 500

That means each ml contains 500iu HCG

    100 divided by 500 = .2 or 20
    125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25
    150 divided by 500 = .3 or 30
    175 divided by 500 = .35 or 35
    200 divided by 500 = .4 or 40

You are taking a low dose at just over 100iu (between 105-110)

150iu is recommended as a good starting dose , but 125iu can also work.

Unless you ended your last round at 100iu, it would make sense to raise your dose to at least 125iu. At day 6, the normal initial mild hunger should not still be present.

    Thank you!

Thanks Leez. I pulled my u-100 syringe to 25 this morning. I feel good right now, but weíll see how the day goes on.

Last round if I remember correctly. I was pulling to 22 or 23 using the same mixing as this round. 2000iu to 4ML bac water.

Taking in to consideration your advice of upping my dose from my last go round, I should probably up the dose a little more, perhaps I should start pulling to 30 and see how I feel?

Try staying at the 125iu dose for a few days and see how you do. Since you did fine on a lower dose the last round, I don't think you will need to go up to 150iu. If you are still having hunger issues after you've been on the new dose for at least 4 days, that would be the time to try another adjustment. If you are in a "sweet spot" dose, there can be no hunger at all. Or...it is just as normal to be a little hungry at regular meal times. That is not something that calls for a dose adjustment.

I found that I did well starting my later rounds at 125iu. Sometimes I would need to reduce from there partway through the round, but I also had some rounds where I stayed at 125iu for the whole thing. If you start way down near 100iu it limits your ability to adjust later in the round. The HCG becomes ineffective if you get much under 100iu. 80iu is about the lowest you can go.
