Check your math! Mixing formula for any amount RX HCG

Mixing formulas can be confusing, but this little technique is good for figuring out your dose no matter what size vial you have, or what dilution ratio you mix with. Generally, a 1:2 ratio of HCG IUs to bacteriostatic water ml/cc's is recommended. (Mililiters and CCs are the same thing.) This allows for more accurate dose adjustment, should you need to do that during your round. But you can double that if you want even more accuracy, and some think that a 1:4 ratio helps the HCG disperse better in your tissues.

Divide the IUs in the vial by the ml of bac water you used.

    5,000 divided by 10 = 500 IUs per ml

Divide the dose you want by the strength you just got.

    150 divided by 500 = .3 or 30
    200 divided by 500 = .4 or 40
    125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25

For injection, it doesn't matter if you have a 1ml/cc syringe, a .5 ml/cc syringe or a .3 ml/cc syringe. It is measured the same. IMPORTANT: make sure your injection syringe is marked U-100.

If you have ended up with U-40 syringes (often obtained from veteranarian suppliers), though more complicated, you can still use them. However, you will need to use a different formula to determine how to dispense your dose. It is explained in detail here: Calculating your dose for a U-40 syringe

Help please! I'm brand new to HCG... In fact, my first prescription was just delivered to my house earlier today. I'm not quite clear on the math as it translates to my case:
    10mL vial with 1,000u/ml = 10,000iu
*RX says to inject 0.5ml each day*

Based on your formula above (correct me if I'm wrong) my bottle has:
    10,000iu 10ml = 1,000iu per ml strength

The daily dose I WANT to start with (150):
    150 dose 1,000 strength = .15 ml each dose

However, my prescription says to take (.5ml daily)
    500 dose 1,000 strength = .5 ml each dose !!

Does 500/.5ml per day sound like WAY TOO MUCH?! Especially for a beginner? It's more than 3x the dose I'd like to start with!!

My doctor is on vacation for the next several days so I can't get an answer right away... Please help! Thanks in advance!!

Yes that is WAY too much. It sounds like they did a 1:1 dilution which is common with clinics. It sounds like you have it all figured out right so just take the .15 for a dose of 150 iu. I'll bet that was an error. I've never heard of such a high dose with injections. We sometimes see it with sublingual which is still much much too high, but that's insanely high for injections.

Thank you for confirming my thoughts. I was able to speak with a friend of mine who has been a nurse practitioner for over 10 years & she agreed that .15ml/day is the right dosage for my dilution.

Actually .15 might be too high. The standard is 125. If you're hungry, then 150 iu is too high.

My HCG came in 2000 IU's. If I mix it with 10 ml of bac water how would I calculate my dosage for 150 unit dose?

This formula will help you figure out how to mix. 2000ius would be mixed with 8ml bac water normally

    2000iu divided by 8ml = 250iu per ml

    150iu dose divided by 250 = .6 or 60 on your U-100 syringe

    https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforum...lations-21439/

if you mix with 10ml water:

    2000iu divided by 10ml = 200iu per ml

    150 divided by 200 = .75 or 75 on your syringe

    Hello,
I ordered supplies Friday. I haven't done a round in years. I ordered everything through Dr. Freeze. I just got an email saying I was sent a 12,000 iu vial and bac water. How do I make that last 46 days?
I asked if I could get it split into 2 vials so that it would last longer and was told it already shipped.

What do I do? Can I mix it all, draw up half the injections, and freeze the rest of the vial?

The directions say mix with 12,000 cc of bac water. Draw at .130 the first day and .140 the second day.
What should the dose be to get the .125iu dose?
Should I go ahead and order more Bac water to dilute it more?

    Thank you in advance.

Your HCG will be good for up to 30 days after mixing. It is not recommended to freeze HCG. Presumably this is because the peptides are thought to be too delicate to go through the freeze/thaw process without damage from crystalization. However, some have done it and reported it was successful. You can certainly give it a try if you wish. Maybe you can still return for two smaller vials.

Use the formula here to figure dose: https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforum...lations-21439/

I would recommend mixing at the 1:2 ratio rather than the 1:1 ratio in your instructions. That means you would mix 24ml/cc (not 12,000!) of bacteriostatic water with your 12,000iu bottle of HCG.

They are wanting you to take a dose of 130iu the first day, and 140iu the second day. That is quite strange. Did they give a reason for doing that?

Most people are fine starting (and staying) at either 150iu or 125iu. To get a dose of 125iu from your 1:2 mixture, you would draw up .25 or 25 in your U-100 syringe. For a dose of 150iu, you would draw up .3 or 30.

Thank you for your response. It is very helpful. I think I will try to freeze part of the mixture.

The clinic said they were not able to alter the order, but could send another vial, regardless of strength for $195 + shipping.

I paste the clinics answers to the questions you asked below.
They said that "HCG is good for 30-40 days and that any longer than a 40 day program would not be beneficial and can affect menstrual cycle."
They also said "After your load days if you get hungry you can go up on the dosage only by .010 Your starting at .130 go up to .0140 the nex day. You have to find your sweet spot, where your not ravishing hungry. If you start at a higher dose it may keep you hungry and not release fat."

My intention was to do a long round (46 days). I think if I'm in the mode, I want to make the most of it.

    Thank you again

In our experience it is most often doses too high that cause hunger and poor losses. There is no point of easing into your HCG dose. In fact doing that can cause the problems they are seeking to prevent. HCG takes 3 days to build to full strength in your system before your body can effectively utilize its fat stores. If you inch up on that, you are going to take longer to hit that point of efficiency. And you waste time getting to your optimal weight loss level. Much better to pick a dose, stick with it and then adjust if needed later.

It seems like that clinic has made up their own rules and really don't understand the protocol and how HCG works in your body. You do want to find your "sweet spot", but that is an inefficient way to get to it.

Hi everyone. Can someone check my math? (NuImage)
Got a 5000iu add 5ml of bac water. So 5000 divided by 5 equals 1000iu per ml

I want to take 125 so divided by 1000 equals .125

    In a 1ml syringe I pull back to 12.5?

    Thanks all!
