If you can, its better to mix 10ml bac water with your 5000iu HCG. That way you lose less in the needle, you can adjust more easily if necessary during your round, and some think it helps the HCG disperse better in your tissues.

    Your math is correct.

As mixing 5000iu HCG to 5ml bac water:
    125 divided by 1000 = .125 or 12.5

As mixing 5000iu HCG to 10ml bac water:
    125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25

I've mixed it at 1:4 for some of my rounds. That is how Dr. Simeons mixed it. The only downside is that you would likely need a bigger sterile mixing vial.

As mixing 5000iu to 20ml bac water
    125 divided by 250 = .5 or 50

Can you go to any pharmacy and get more bac? Ordered the 50 day diet with nuimage abs they only give you 10ml for two 5000iu HCG. I was thinking the same thing to do more since it is gonna be hard getting 12.5 in the 1 ml syringes.

As far as I know you have to order bacteriostatic water online. Although in some places, you may be able to buy some from a veterinarian clinic. Right now, Hospira brand can be ordered form Formagenix.net. Generally its been only a few dollars a bottle, but there is a nationwide shortage, and unfortunately, those that still have some are charging more.

you are not getting 12.5ml in a 1 ml syringe, you are getting .125ml (no matter how it is marked). That tiny amount is why its hard be accurate.

I havenít done this in a while. I have searched far & wide for how to mix 2500 IUís, I canít find it. I have only been able to find instructions for 5000 & 10,000.

I mixed it with a total of 8 IUís of water, & now I think I did it wrong. Did I?

    Thank you. 😵

There is a formula in the first post that you can use to figure out how to dose according to any mixture of HCG iu's to mls of your mixing liquid. Please use it to verify.

So here is what you have.

    2500iu HCG divided by 8ml bacteriostatic water = 312.5

    150iu dose divided by 312.5 = .48 or 48 on your U-100 insulin syringe

    125iu dose divided by 312.5 = .4 or 40

If you want a different dose than 150 or 125, then divide that dose by 312.5 to get the result.

The dilution you are using is perfectly fine. In fact, its close to the one used by Dr. Simeone in the original protocol.
