My apologies, for some reason I was responding as if it were a one a day pellet for RX HCG instead of hhcg

I'll put a disclaimer in my post. Thanks for asking about that.

    For what its worth:
We have found that there are people that are very sensitive to amounts even in the homeopathic drops, where even a change of one drop more or less makes a significant difference in their hunger levels. But as to whether diluting the hhcg pellets would even be effective, that has yet to be explored. My question would be, since there is no detectable HCG in them only "frequencies" of it....what would dilution of a pellet do. Can you dilute a frequency with water? I don't know. Some how the frequency is imparted to the water in the hhcg drops, but is a pellet just a solidified drop or does it get its frequency some other way?

Ahhhhh - the distinction between diluting an rx pellet vs a homeopathic/hhcg pellet makes much more sense!

I am definitely one of the people who is as sensitive to hhcg as I was to rx. Or close to it. Even starting at a lower than recommended dose (2, 3x/day) I could tell it was still too high. Adjusting down by one pellet made a big difference but still wasn’t quite right. 4 pellets (1 morning, 1 afternoon, 2 evening) was perfect and got me to the coveted HCG diet “sweet spot”. Most days, anyway. Even with the ability to adjust total number of pellets and intervals between doses it’s definitely not an exact science since there is such a wide range in size of the pellets - which I did not expect. I thought they would all be the same, and I think ideally, they should be. Some days I definitely had a difference in hunger than others, and since pellet size was the only thing that couldn’t be controlled for, I can only guess that the difference was related to the size of the pellets from one day and one dose to the next.

Thanks, Leez, that makes sense. I found with drops, I had difficulty telling what dosage I was taking. I did try adjusting, but didn't find it effective. I also questioned the efficacy of that batch of drops.

When I tried the 1 x daily tablets, they seemed to work better for me. I think also, taking the tablet at 9 pm may have been a factor: bringing the hcg levels up overnight, when a lot of actual fat-burning occurs, may have been beneficial.

This is a good discussion. I like your idea gz9gjg about night dosing. I wish I understood homeopathic mechanisms better, but it remains quite mysterious to me. One question I have about pellets is, do they need to be activated by tapping like the drops? I've not seen any literature on that.

No tapping needed. You just put them under your tongue and let them dissolve.

This is all such great information!! Can someone recommend a real hcg pellet ? The intermountain product appears to be sold on places like Amazon with negative reviews. I really want to start to program asap my goal was march 1 but I'm scared to start it with an a product that's not "real" or isn't going to be affective.

Do you mean an rx pellet? Or a real hhcg pellet? I bought the Intermountain hhcg pellets directly from the Intermountain site. They contain real HCG. If you want to go rx your best bet is to get a couple vials, get bac water and syringes and mix yourself. Then you can control your dose and adjust as needed to ensure you get it right and have no hunger.
