    I've been reading and Im thinking about doing a 23 round next time and then p3 for 3 weeks and another 23 day round and advice on this?? @Diane and Tay I saw that you were discussing your next round so did you do 40 days this round and you're only doing p3 for three weeks after this thenback to p2??

    Oh no tay...STEP AWAY FROM THE FOOD...you DO NOT want to turn into one of my disaster weeks - it really hurts the motivation!

    Lol I will totally be munching on CHEESE just a few days after my bday..can't wait...no apples/cinnamon for me, bleh!

    Hey I've updated my mini-goal ticker to be a (hopefully) more realistic weight and to actually show the number of days I have remaining on this darn VLCD portion. Looks like I'll be on the VLCD portion for 48 days - zoinks. Future rounds I will stick to 28 day and 23 day rounds..just can't take these long ones any more.

    Welcome back qhickson - sorry to hear about your immunity issue. Yes from what I've read when taking the real stuff, you should prob skip a day a week in order to avoid hitting that scenario too soon.

    If you do the 40 days, you are to skip one day a week to avoid immunity. If you do a 23 day round you don't have to. Right now I am on day 31 but I did take planned interruption so technically I am on day 26. I am going to mix up a 2000iu vial and do 16 more days, I really want to lose 30 this round. I am planning on doing a 3-4 week p3 then start r2. I kinda feel like 30 day rounds would be good for me. If you think shorter rounds would work better for you then I would say do it. 40 is a long time and both Diane and I are grossed out by the food now.

    I am stepping away! Too late though unfortunately..can't wait to mix new batch!!! Looks like we have extended our round by caving, oops!! Oh well, learn from this for next round!!

    Yep learn from this for next round PLUS keep the rounds shorter - I agree! I had to do it this way for vacation etc but next time I will keep it shorter so hopefully I don't cave week 3 or 4.

    Hey don't forget - I'm sick of the food tooo after this long! I'm part of the gang tooo!! waaaah!!! (haha can you tell I'm an only child??)

    Ok Brizi you are officially in the food haters gang! LOL! I'm not lowering my ticker, it's a constant reminder that I've got a way to go, so keep it up! My mini goal is to get to 199 though.

    Q, yes I was doing a 40-day round.

    I dropped a pound! (angels singing) I get to eat P3 food for supper tonight. I haven't thought it out of what I want to eat yet. What P3 foods have you been craving? Maybe I can get an idea. I have a list of "have" and "can't have" P3 foods.

    Tay, I hope you have a better day today. Say "no" to temptations! Look toward your 30 lb goal and you can do it!

    Wow Diane great job of 1 lb - you officially lost OVER 25 lbs!!

    Yah my ticker is the mini ticker during P2 phases...but once I'm in P3 I'll move it to my looooong term goal one. I like this extrapounds.com site because I can have 2+ tickers going at once

    Ummm Diane the only thing I'd keep having in P3 is CHEESE and cooking in OLIVE OIL - those are my biggest things, haha. What were you thinking of having?

    LIW = last injection weight (so they weight you are supposed to stabilize at). I'm doing hhcg so I don't have injections but I think we just all use that term here anyway.
    Hmm I guess it's also the same as LDW that everyone seems use here too? Ohhhh I know what that is, last drop weight, I'm clueing in now! I guess I should say LPW for me since I use pellets? hehe.

    Well a little bummed because I'm only down 0.2 today....seems impossible to get under 210 this week, grrrr. Oh well, a loss is a loss, right? Better than my gains of late!

    Off to work 11am-7pm today...we'll see how that goes....

    I was thinking cauliflour with cheese. I'm actually down 1 1/2 lb. today. I think it was the protein that I indulged in yesterday. My LIW was 209. I hope I stabilize lower. I would like to continue losing thru P3. Would that mean I'm not eating enough calories if I am still losing or just making sensible choices? Hmmm.....

    Yay Diane! Way to lose before you go off in to the land of butter and cheese!! Don't forget about 1/2 & 1/2 if you are a coffee drinker. I second Brizi on the cheese and olive oil. I am going to have a bun less burger when I get there.

    Brizi, of course you are in the p2 is blech club with us, and anyone else who is over it!! Can I just drink jay robb from here on out? I wonder what the losses will be like. I am going to eat only shakes today to try and counteract my cheats from yesterday since I was down .6 today so it will prob catch up to me tomorrow. I will note that I woke up at 5am SICK to my stomach, it was awful. I feel better now that I had an exorcism lol, that is prob where loss came from. I am .2 from being down 20!

    Tay, have you been around some sickees? I'm sorry you were or are sick. I'm glad you feel better. I hope the shakes keep you full feeling. I came home for lunch and decided to make more pipe cleaner salad. I ate about 1/2 pf it. I'll have to investigate whether you can still lose in P3.

    Not stomach sickees. I think it was what I ate off protocol..I ended the evening with almonds and pb.
    I have been reading previous posts and it seems some ppl lose weight in p3 w/out trying..wouldn't that be nice!

    I did. 7 lbs which I promptly got bac from some excellent loading days and..... it's gone again
