My first VLCD was today. I would love to have an accountability buddy I'm 33, 5'8, morning of first load day was 272 lbs. I loaded for 3 days and when I woke up this morning for my first VLCD i was 275.4. I am doing the 46 day one as I have a lot to lose Even though the kiddo said he didn't want me skinny hahaha. Is this your first time?

Hi Sarah! I started today as well...today was my first load day and I'm at 224lbs! Aiming to get out the 200s this time, hopefully it can be achieved in 30-40 days...preferably 30

Hi all newbies!! I'm starting my first load day today. This is my second round with HCG, first was in Jan of 2012. Everything about my life has changed since then. I did really good keeping the weight off for about 2 years. Then I moved in with my BF, started cooking for him, and eating huge portions of stuff I shouldn't eat at all. He's in KY working until the end of the year so no more cooking and a good time to get back down to the weight I was when we met. I'm 40, 143# this morning, 5'5" and my goal is back to 125. I'm using HHCG as I did last time. I lost almost 30# my first round and don't have as much to lose this time. I feel better about going into this since I know what to expect and I know where I messed up last time. Good luck to everyone!!

Nice to meet you all. Good luck. I would really like to keep up with everyone here! My first VLCD was yesterday and I just felt weird all day. Not so much hungry. I am not a big water drinker, but have not had an issue drinking alot the last few days. It might be the B-12 but something is messing with me...I am having cray cray crazy dreams. Vivid, exciting, almost like not really resting because I am so busy in them. But I feel rested. Weird.
