    Day 1, No Loss

This is my first round of hHcg. I completed the loading days and yesterday I followed the VLCD protocol, with the exception of having brussels sprouts as my vegetable at lunch. This morning I jumped excitedly on the scale - no loss!!! Stepped off, waited for the scale to reset, stepped back on again - same weight, it wasn't a fluke - definitely no loss! I went swimming, showered, jumped back on the scale, 0.8 loss. But I'm thinking it was water weight that the chlorine sucked out of me... I'm continuing with the VLCD and drops today, but it's hard not to feel a little deflated. I also have a lot of (unexplained) hormone issues, and in my perusing the forums this morning I read that can cause issues with the Hcg working. Does anyone have any thoughts? TIA!

Make sure those drops read hcg 3x, 6x, etc. There are MANY fakes out there now.

That's good! I'd guess you ate something on your load that caused inflammation then. Gluten and dairy commonly cause that.
