You're in the typical slow down period, it's perfectly normal. Don't rush into apple days!!!! They can backfire, causing you to regain the weight lost within a couple days. Just continue following protocol, and your losses will pick back up.
So I thought I stalled so I did an apple day.. the next day the scale barely moved. Then again today it barely moved again...My clothes are big yay, but whats happening? Im not discouraged just getting kind of sad bc my first week was majorrrrr loss and I dont know whats happening..I am doing all to a T I would hate to think its starting not to work? I guess I just need some truthful inspiring words from the experienced.

No, they are saying you could regain it. I never regained weight lost from an apple day but some people do.
It is normal to slow down, as you can see you are still losing inches. It will pick back up but the first week is usually the highest losses. You have lost an incredible 22 lbs in 12 days. Always took me about 28-36 days to lose that much.

Thanks Monica. Im also doing 30 min of walking a day...I stared my weightloss journey 2.5 years ago and lost all 80lbs on my own so I just like to make sure im not wasting my time ya know? Very motivated and determined...and Ill be patient as long as I know im doing 500 cals a day for a reason lol.
