Dose Adjustment help for daughter please reply

    Hello,

I have some basic knowledge of dose adjustment, but this is a difficult situation. My daughter is doing her Third round a year later. She is really very hungry and really having a problem with this and craving fruit. She is taking homeopathic HCG pellets. She also works out every day, although she has cut back she still really enjoys hard sweating cardio, 20-30 minutes a day and walking.

Her previous dose was 2-2-2 (2 pellets 3 times a day). Last week she skipped her morning and afternoon doses, felt better after 4:00, so lowered her dose to 2-1-2. This worked for 2-3 days. Then yesterday she tells me that she did not work out at all, and is super hungry and can't stand it, wanting to eat more. So today I have her skipping her first 2 doses again. I think her dose is actually too low? Maybe given the amount of working out is is too little food? Odd that she is craving apples?
I am not sure what to suggest. Please reply.

    Thank you,
    RK

Working out or not should not have any bearing on dose. It is either right or it is not.

How did she feel about the time of her third dose? That is what should tell you which way to go.

Homeopathic starting doses are usually on the low side. Its much more likely to need to go up than to go down.

    Thanks Leez!

She felt worse this evening. Hungrier and off. So she definitely needs to go up in dose. She was taking 2-2-2 a week ago. I feel that she should’ve gone up then probably, but at the time she said she felt better after skipping two doses so she went down. So that means that Currently she has been taking 2-1-2. What do you think she should go up to? 2-2-2 like before or 3-2-2?

Sorry for all the wordy information. This diet is awful when you were hungry! It’s wonderful when you don’t have any hunger. Which I know is related to Dose. I hope it makes sense!
Thank you for your help and advice. Really appreciate it.
    Warmly,
    RK

With homeopathic drops, you would increase by one at each dosing, so that would be 3 - 3 - 3. Although some people feel that fine tuning with less of a change works for them.

I don't have experience with hhcg pellets, but it seems it would be the same. She can always back it off it it is too much.
