    Judy, a pound is still great!
    R2, Week 3 Almost into the 170s!!!! Yay!
    Start R2 192 lbs. Goal 170lbs (23 lbs to lose) But would also be totally happy with anything less than 175!

    R1 191 lbs (June 2013)
    R1 205.4 lbs (May 14/2013)
    April 15 - 225 lbs

    I gained 8# loading this round!! My body just wasn't used to all that crap anymore. I hadn't had even a bite of carbs or sugar for 4 months!.. congratulations on the great loss. I was down 2# today! I NEVER had a 2# loss my first round. I'm doing injections now and did drops then, Idk if that's the difference. The most I lost in a day r1 was 1.4.. tomorrow will be end of week one and I am down 9.8# from loading.... GOOOOO US!!!!! You're almost in the 180's. That will feel glorious!! Hope tomorrow takes you there!!!

    Hi - I loaded over Easter weekend. So far, so good. I am down 3.3 from my preloading weight.

    I am even today... I am home on Wed and Sunday and those days are tough for me... the frig is tooo close
    and for some reason I am experiencing being very tired and no energy,,this round..
    I finally forced my self to go out side and rake out my flower bed yesterday afternoon
    while the boys played outside

    Good job.. I hate that cuz when you're home and board food is just on your mind. This is odd too, but I watch the cooking channel a lot more on p2. I guess I just like torturing myself!

    oh MY Lifechanger5... I am not sure I could watch the cooking shows on TV I work at a Lumber Supply and so watch the home buying and remodeling
    on HG TV... I would love to get into Flipping houses but the Relators here in Alaska sort of have first dibs on the great buys. besides my Significant other
    knows how to build but doesn't have the patience for that so I just watch the shows and Dream
    I have been wondering when is better to eat my fruit and came across a video last night talking about better to consume legal carbs in the evening
    So I am going to switch eating my fruit from 11am to about 8pm and see what results I get

    Keep us updated on the fruit. I always heard it was better to eat them earlier so I eat mine around 11 and 2 or 3

    Will do...I too in the past ate my fruit at 11 and at 4 to 5 I have a tough time getting through the 445 to 6 time at work... I go to lunch late like 130 to about 3 and when all the others leave at 5 I want to eat So in the past I have eaten my fruit then...... I am going to try this evening fruit idea and see what the scale shows Will keep all informed

    Good luck AlaskaLadyle!

    Evening shifts are hard. I have one next Monday and I know it's going to be a challenge. My main cheat is beef jerky.

    I'm having hunger problems so am going to try lowering my dose a tiny bit. Hopefully that will help. I know I shouldn't be hungry, but I am.

    I couldn't watch food **** right now. My willpower is stronger when I'm not tempted (that's why I literally cleaned all the carbs out of my pantry!).
    Still I got through a social evening tonight with only a single glass of dry red wine. (I ate before I went).

    Go US!!!!

    That's great! Yes, I think it's the shots vs the drops! I have lost as much as two lbs in one day before.

    I did eight weeks of no carbs (three weeks cold turkey and then carbs once or twice on special occasions after that) before starting this round. I lost 15 lbs and got into practice for P3.

    I know, I can't beleive I'm almost in the 180s. I haven't seen that on the scale since January 2008 (when I started grad school!). Fingers crossed!

    So are you down a net of 1.8 from your preload weight?

    I gained 8.6. Unfortunately, I have trained my body to eat so clean that when I do eat cereal or nuts or quest bars ilow up like a puffer fish!
