    Fat Fast

I have heard some people mention Fat Fast while on P2. I have some basic information on it, but I was looking to know if anyone has a menu they can share of what and how much of it they eat while doing a Fat Fast day on P2.

Here is the info I have:
1,000 calories for the day. You will eat Five-200 calorie meals.

Each item given below consists of 200 calories:
    one ounce of macadamia nuts
    macadamia nut butter
    two ounces of cream cheese
    Brie one ounce of tuna
chicken salad with two teaspoons of mayonnaise served in one-quarter of an avocado
two deviled eggs made with two teaspoons of mayonnaise
two ounces of sour cream and two tablespoons black or red caviar
two and a half ounces whipped heavy cream topped with sucralose zero-calorie syrup
two ounces of pâté (check label for fat content)
two egg yolks (hard-boiled) with one tablespoon of mayonnaise

I was looking for more interesting choices- Any suggestions?

Just so you understand this is not protocol. Just because someone mentioned it doesn't mean it's a good thing. The body is particularly sensitive to fats while on hcg and many doctors believe fat derails the pathway to the hypothalamus. So eating fat can mess up the resting of the hypothalamus. Just so you are aware of the dangers.

Thanks so much grammy I was not aware of that at all! Sounds like I will stay away from the fat fast - I don't want to have my hypothalamus messed up - my goal is to stabilize well when I am on P3 and it sounds like this will make it harder.

    Thanks again!!
