Hi Rachel,
Thank you so much for your awesome tool! Today is my VLCD7 and I hoped to lose 12# my first week. I'm not disappointed but I did see a variance in the "Tracker Spreadsheet" total and the toal from my 'ticker' tool and my personal calculator. The "Tracker" show I lost 11.8 pounds total---is this from Day 1, 1st day after loading? I believe the total would be 12.6 instead of 11.8. I know it sounds miniscule but every little bit helps? Am I reading, doing this wrong? Please help. Thanks so much, Excel Gugru.
Judy
On the weight tab to the left is where you enter your start weight. It calculates how much you have lost from what that weight says. Maybe the start weight on your tickers off? Not sure...

What a great idea! Thanks...![]()
I found an awesome iPhone app that calculates and can keep track of foods, as well as water...and it's a free app (yeah!) and is called mynetdiary. If you'd rather keep your progress on the pc, you can find it there as well, under the same name. I myself, prefer the phone app as it seems much easier to navigate.
