Not new to HCG, but new to the forum

Done 3 separate rounds and lost over 80 lbs. Starting another round after a 2 yr hiatus. A lot of stress, and tragedy, and lack of vigilance led to a 20 pound gain.

So girding the proverbial loins and back for another round (or few) to try and lose about 50 altogether. If it be more, or less, so be it. Just want to get back to the best version of me possible. Started using HCG back in 2010, and again in 2012. SO here is hoping I finally reach my ultimate goal with this time through.

    Best of luck to everyone!

    And nice to meet you!

You can do it Carolyn. HCG definitely makes it possible to get to goal and stay there. All the best!

Thanks for those who said hi - and here's hoping success for everyone. I am sliding, but had a regain in the middle of it due to a bad few days of over exertion, no food options and little sleep. I am hoping i am back on track! Thanks for the support!

There really is too much involved for 1 person to tell you what you want to know. But it is all here on this forum. I read for a month before starting my rounds. Good luck!

Okay just wanted to know what if I'm on hcg diet and dont want to restrict my diet strai ght to 500 calarios a day ... I'm too scared to have palpitations and other heart related problems which may occur with sudden weight loss ..
Say if i restrict to 1000- 1200 calories. . Willl the diet not work..
    I do not mind that instead of loosing 20lbs i lose 15 or 12 lbs .. I'm still loosing right ... ?
Or it doesn't work that way .?
Also i would slightly reduce the dosage and see how my first cycle goes .. I've been overweight long time now so what if it takes just a little more time also once i loose some fat then i can rally work out harder in gym and do it naturally. . Hcg will help initially to get rid of my big belly .. .. but better be safe then sorry...
    Can someone expierienced please advice

Just an update for anyone who might be reading and interested. I am now through my stall and making good progress once again. Woke up to a pound loss today, with inadequate sleep. So imagine had I hit mypreferred 8 hours? Wheee! Here's hoping the streak continues through the weekend.

You need to use the correct dose, and eat the correct amount of calories consisting of only the foods on the HCG menu and in the exact proportions specified. If you change any of those things, no one can make a guarantee that you'll be successful.

Don't be afraid of the low calorie diet. Its true it is very spartan. But the way HCG works, your body will be using its fat stores for energy in addition to those 500 calories. So you will not be hungry, and you will not be weak, feel faint, or have heart palpitations from starvation. In fact, you'll probably feel pretty good and have some energy.

Please read through the Original Manuscript. It is available by clicking the link in the top blue bar of the forum. It will help you understand that this is not really a diet. Its a protocol that rests certain body systems so that your metabolism can be repaired and your set point lowered in a way that you will be able to maintain afterward.

Not sure who this was directed at but I tak offense that someone would say I don't know what I am doing in my blog, on my posts, when I am a veteran of this protocol for years now. This post is pretty harsh and I hope not directed at me... and if it isn't could an edit please be made, because it make it look like I am an idiot. And I don't appreciate that.
