    Oh gosh I know what you mean about Starbux. I have one a mile away from me and I pass it every day going to school. I am usually a regular in there b/c I love their shaken black tea lemonades but I have to just keep driving. Luckily I went last week to get a fix in before I started the diet.

    Congratulations on all your loss!! I noticed that the. 2nd rd was slower did u ever get frustrated? And do u workout as well?

    Hi everyone! I'm new at this and I started my injections on 12-3 as well! I did 2 days of hardcore loading and kinda screwed up yesterday but today I did good. I feel soooo gross and huge after the loading and I'm up like 9lbs (probably a lot water since I ate so much salt)! I'd love to have some support buddies!

    I lost a ton of weight on my own through diet and hardcore exercise and now want to get that last 20 gone. I haven't set up a ticker yet. My weight is 160lbs (post loading) and trying to get to 135-140. I plan to keep spin cycling and doing light weight training. i hope it doesn't do anything negative, I guess we'll see.

    I am so not a morning person. I have realized that if I haven't gotten the whole morning thing down after 28 years, it's just not going to happen. BUT, let me tell you-I am jumping out of bed to get on that scale in the morning now! I'm down to 163.8 this morning! Which is exactly 2 lbs less than yesterday and my post load was 168 even. So exciting!

    Do u weigh yourself everyday? and how do u feel on the days or week u dont loose so much? I had a good morning but nothing like my first day were i loss 2 of the 3bs i gained on the loading days. I am still very happy that, i've been loosing almost a lb a day. I've lost 6lbs since i started my 500 cal days.

    Hows it going?? How do u feel after your workouts?? I usually workout 3-5x a week and i havent since i started my low cal diet. I feel fine, i dont think i'll have a problem working out but just curious. thanks

    Hey can I jump in with all of you?
    I loaded the weekend after Thanksgiving. I'm on day 10 today and am 10-10.5 down. I am on a plateau that my body knows very well from exercising. Doing pellets. Had the apple thing tonight because I was really craving something sweet. I had melba with cinnamon and sweetener. Yum!
    Over my 10 days I was tempted to cheat with movie theater popcorn and resisted it, had a dream that the only measurement that went wayyyyy down was my bust, (that was scarey!) and I am soooo close to going into the big blue which is getting below 190, (I was unable to get below 192 by exercising for most of a year).
    I am a naked VLC person, I started out mixing veggies and I don't think it worked very well. protein, lettuce with lemon and apples (mostly). I am going to really go out on a limb and try some green pepper with my protein.
    Sounds like everyone is off to a great start. Maxine- we are just about the same weight and have similar weight goals. You are doing great! Go Girl!
    Looking forward to riding through with all the VLCDs with the brave in December.

    It's going really well! My first VLCD was on Sunday and I have lost 6 lbs already. Yesterday I didn't exactly stay on protocol and had 8 boca nuggets for dinner and two breadstix (not grissini, ones I actually baked!) but I was still down 8oz this morning so not bad overall. I would love to be at 160 by Sunday.
    I have been ending my day with two apples thrown in the microwave and baked and it just does the trick for me. I love it!
