    Hello to everyone

    Hello everyone

Just wanted to say hello and to tell you how inspiring the success stories are to me as I start out on my weightless journey using HCG.

Today is R1 P2 VLCD1 and I feel very committed and motivated to reach my goal weight.

I look forward to posting my stats as I go.

    Cheers
    Chris

Welcome, Chrissy! Were you born in 1957? So was I!

I am living proof that this protocol works for us 'older' chicks. Have a fantastic round!

I just started as well! Today is actually Load Day 2 for me so I am one day behind you. This is my first time ever with HCG protocol so I am looking forward to sharing this experience with people each step of the way! Also, thanks to TXSweetcorn for responding to my newcomer's post a couple days ago!; I finally started

    Best successes to you!

I know, I am so ecstatic!!! I took some yesterday, mainly of my "tire", my "ukeleles" (arm flaps), and "bra bust outs"'. Lol I am trying desperately to put out a "new comer's post" to introduce myself officially to the forum, but I can't sit down long enough to write one because I have to get up and PEE every 10 minutes! AHHHHHHH! When I do, I'll post it on the New comer's forum.

I love to keep things light and funny (and sometimes just plain "in your face") so hopefully I will see you all around the forums more and hope that I can make you laugh a little on the way

Hello! I found this site a few days ago and am very excited to join and share with such a knowledgeable and supportive group. Am picking up my shots today so tomorrow I begin again. I did this about 6 months ago for the first time and lost about 20 lbs, unfortunately I finished right before a big trip and did not come off in the right way...additionally going thru some tough times emotionally and by my own poor choices have slowly gained it all back. I am excited to start again. Only my daughter knows I am doing this so I am looking forward to having a safe place to ask questions etc. I haven't had time to look thru all of the vast info on here but I am wondering if the might be a group for older people...I just turned 51.

Would love to link up with an over 50 group?

Ask away! I have learned so much from the generous people on this forum, & they are most encouraging.

Hi everyone! Just received my rx pellets today and will be loading 2morrow. Well, to be honest, I've been "loading" since Christmas ( without HCG). I feel terrible before loading so I'm looking forward to vlcd. Not sure what round this is (lost count) but p3 is always my downfall. Determined to keep it off this time!! My b'day is August and will b 59 yrs of age. We've got this, ladies!!

ok...started my loading today. I think one reason I struggled with hunger last time was that I didn't load properly. I am quite stuffed tonight and have tried to get more high fat food today. Am a total carb addict and I think I may have concentrated on getting a lot of carbs the first time. I'd did drop about 20 lbs but it was pretty rough. Hoping it will be a bit easier this time. I'm grateful to be sharing with this group and interested to hear what's going on with each of you? I was 172.8 this morning. Everything clothing wise is tight, I got rid of my larger sizes so this is a must do . I have an event next week and hoping to be down enough to wear some of my nice outfits. if I get the usual initial 5 lbs plus loss I think I can squeeze in to a couple of things. How is everyone else doing so far ?

Congratulations on your decision to give this another try! I think your loading strategy will serve you well. I also agree with getting rid of the big clothes; it makes regaining the weight a lot harder, doesn't it?

Have a great round, & enjoy your nice outfit next week!
