Its not uncommon to have a little hunger here and there, and generally it would happen just before your normal meal times. If its the kind of hunger you can ignore or forget by getting busy with something, then its nothing to be concerned about.

I’m finding I’m hungry this morning and it’s 2nd day after a skip day ... is this normal?

It could be normal, but it depends on the hunger intensity. Some experience no hunger at all at the right dose, others have occasional mild hunger generally before normal meal times. Both are normal.

How hungry? Is it ignorable, does it go away when you drink water, eat something?

Morning hunger before you dose or eat could mean your dose is a bit low. If the hunger appears after your dose or after eating, then it could mean your dose is a bit high. Its the intensity of the hunger that signals your dose is not quite on point.

By looking at this can you see anything that would cause the hunger at these times or anything I should go to tweak it

Since you got relief for a while from bumping up to 140iu, it sounds like you need to bump up a bit more to 150iu.

Ok, I’ll bump up tomorrow to 150iu. So I’d be on 150iu for Saturday & Sunday .. Monday is my normal skip day . Should I not do a skip day Monday ? Should I wait til Wednesday for my weekly skip day ?

Yes, wait until you have been on the new dose for 4 days before skipping.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

It could be, although you got it from NuImage, and it seems theirs does last longer than the 21-30 day life of the stuff people used to purchase a few years ago.

If that is what is happening, bumping dose up some could mitigate that somewhat. You can do a test of a full dose on a pregnancy test strip and see if you get a positive. Even a faint positive means the HCG is still good.

I also have a 3 week dose that I’ll start next week from Telewellness .so I can continue the diet for a total of 6 weeks. Has anyone ever tried Telewellness HCG? Is it good?
