When you test HCG, you need to put your full daily dose on the test strip, not just a tiny amount like 10iu.

Since you plan to remix anyway with new product, the test you did isn't relevant now, so no need to repeat it. As Grammy said, we assume newly mixed HCG is viable. But you can choose to test it if you wish to make sure since its an unknown company to you.

The next step is to do your skip day as planned, and report how you feel in the late afternoon to early evening. Before that doesn't matter for diagnostic purposes.

Also, please tell us how you plan to mix the new batch, just so we can verify that you are dosing the amount you think you are. List the number of IUs in the HCG vial, the number of ml of mixing solution you plan to add, and the point you will draw to on your syringe for a 150iu dose (just picking that arbitrarily for verification purposes, and since thats the dose you started with according to this post New--need help )

    It’s HCG 5,000IU & I’ll Mix it with 5ml bacteriostatic water. I’ll be using Insulin Syringes size- 31G 5/16in 0.3 cc
After my skip day tomorrow (Monday 9/30) should I dose at 150 iu with the new batch? I’ll also check in later tomorrow evening to let you know where my hunger level was for the day and night.

That was not a dose instruction yet--- the 150iu is just to find out what you are pulling to on your syringe to get that.

Mixed the way you stated, you would pull to 15 or .15 for a 150iu dose, and 12.5 or .125 for a 125iu dose. Is that the way you have been dosing?

We won't know until you report on the evening of your skip day which way to adjust your dose. It could go either up or down, depending on your hunger level tomorrow early evening. (less hunger---go down. More hunger--go up)

Excellent. Thanks for reporting that. It clears up any question about how much you really have been taking.

I wanted to ask ,on the days that I’m very hungry, like last night ,I do cheat and if I cheat and consume more calories wouldnt the next day ,like today , would make me be much less hungry &could that be a false determination of the hCG dosage is right for me or not

No, it shouldn't affect that. The hunger from a wrong dose is not affected by eating. In fact, that is one of the ways to tell---because eating doesn't relieve the hunger.

I also wanted to mention that I’m on a T3 & T4 thyroid medicine, one is taken twice a day .... as the day goes by. I’ve also felt very lethargic , nauseous & dizzy on this skip day all day long .

Your thyroid meds won't interfere. I've done rounds taking then and rounds not taking them. I noticed no difference.

In the protocol Dr. Simeones had patients stop all medications during P2. But he was monitoring them every day. Over the years, we have observed that most prescription medications don't interfere with the protocol. In the case of thyroid meds, some that continue to take them will find they need to lower their dose some as they go through their round. But the indication that you need to do that would not be lethargy--it would be hyper symptoms like racing heart, anxiety and being overly warm.
